'The hotel is very well located: a lot of restaurants nearby, but also well connected by public transportation (buses, trams, train, and ferry) The room we stayed at was very clean and had air-conditioning. It was quiet at night, so no problems with loud noises. If you're renting a car, there is parking nearby, but you can only stay there for up to 4 hours. 'De communicatie laat te wensen over. Na 18.00 uur is er simpelweg niemand bereikbaar, wat in deze tijd echt niet meer van deze tijd is. Er staat wel dat er speciale incheck instructies zijn, maar daar hou je geen rekening mee daar alle hotels 24-uurs service hebben!'

'We arrived in the afternoon with a bit difficulty to find the location. Afterwards everything was fine. At the check-in, Amelia was friendly and supportive. She went with us to the apartment and explained all to us.
It is our first time to Lisbon. We are lucky to choose this place.'

'Apartment was lovely very modern, check in was lovely even though our flight was delayed, everything was explained very well, bed slightly as it is just a sofa bed and the shower drain was so blocked with hair and detritus that we had to clean it ourselves or the bathroom would have flooded when we showered '

She was very helpful and got someone to contact me. Apparently the number I had was of someone on a day off!
