'We stayed four days in this hotel. It is the second time we stay here. All I can say is that we enjoyed our stay. The staff members are very friendly, welcomed us with a guiniwine smile and looked after us very well during our stay. Especially Mr. Jazz and the gentleman at the front desk (I'm sorry pak, I've forget your name!).
We hope to stay there again next year!

'Such a nice resort, great lagoon rooms and great view from the rooms. One thing for sure is this hotel needs stronger brand essence and identity. Love the staffs and the foods. Especially my favorite is spending my time in the Wine Lounges or the Public pool. The staffs are friendly but it can be much better, they can learn from other Starwoods Hotels especially in Bali. But my disappointment is my expectation on the venue not the staff or food. Implementation in everything can be upgrade to 99%...

'After an easy check in we got to our spacious room. The beds are quite firm and not so comfortable but it was nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options- cereal, bread, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, rice, noodles, chicken…
The pool was also really nice (and huge!) and on weekends they have kid activities. My daughter loved the activities and the staff made them very fun. '

'The hotel has an amazing swimming pool that we enjoyed daily. There is a coffee shop that has Illy coffee, pastries and a nice sitting area for visiting with friends. The rooms are well-equipped, with lights beside each bed, an electric kettle and refrigerator, and roomy enough for a small table and armchair, a desk/counter with chair, and closet with a small safe. Service was always prompt and when the local power went out the hotel generator kept not just the lights but also the AC on....

het ontbijt smaakt op zich gewoon goed alleen ze hebben weinig keuzen.
tevens had ik een kamer gekregen waarvan de badkamer naar riolering stonk hier heb ik een klacht overgedaan met behulp van een tolk en ze zouden er naar kijken vervolgens hadden ze alleen maar de ventilatie aan gezet en de deur open gelaten van de badkamer zo dat het niet zo erg meer stonk hier over ben ik teleurgesteld
