'We stayed a ocean view pool suite room on 14th floor for 4 nights. The room was wonderful, with a nice view of ocean and villas. Complimentary spa per night offers relax and luxuary time. The bed was comfortable but the covers were a horrible fabric that kept giving us electric shocks.
Only down side was checking in, instead of providing the access code before arrival. We had to wait for them to reply to us even though we told them of our arrival. We ended up sitting outside for 2 hours waiting for them to answer the texts and calls. '

Very peaceful and comfortable! Air conditioning worked great. 'Okay I stayed at Shi House for about 4 nights. We picked the river side because booked beach side at NT befire coming to Da Nang.
Okay e absolutely loved the views from balcony of the river. Staffs are still very friendly, Năm, Tâm & Thảo we’re do very helpful, always there willing to help. Definitely, will stay at Shi again if we go to Da Nang and we wan to stay on the riverside again. '

'Ended up extending my time here. The staff here including the two security guards were so nice and helpful. Always had smiles on and would offered me refreshments whenever I sat in the cafe.
