As travelers, it’s unrealistic to expect visitors to download multiple apps, have stable network access, read instructions, and then open doors using codes. 'The hotel AC was not working, the room that we booked and even after we changed the room , nothing was working for us . It was so hot , we can’t even sleep properly. This hotel should work on their AC cooling system.'
