Gym towels were very low quality, smelled terrible and all towels in room smelled musty. At check-in, I requested my rewards number be added to the stay if it already hadn’t been added and received a lecture about booking with Expedia instead of directly with hotel.'

'Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.'

'This is a great no frills spot which gives you what you need and doesn't charge for what you don't. Our room was clean, amazingly quiet ( we had 2nd flr rear) and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but very clean and the shower was great. Breakfast was just coffee and pre- packaged pastry but we had breakfast both mornings at Thornton's, maybe 1 minute away. 'I would definitely advise against staying here. Although the rooms are fine, they made us pay an extra $75 cleaning fee per room, which they 'forgot' to mention. For that money they did not even change the towels and made us take out our own garbage. Also the online check in was a big hassle and comparable to booking a plane ticket. very annoying! felt ripped off and will never come back!'

'Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom.'
