'Front desk staff were very courteous and understanding. My only gripe is the centralized AC system but opening the window helped cooling the room a lot. Across the street from the Yamanakako-ashiagaoka bus stop, which helps get around! Will definitely book them again for my next stay in the Yamanakako area!!!'

'The hotel is very nice and quiete. The room is very clean. Bathrooms and toilets are super clean. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. We were able to see Mt. Fuji for 30 minutes in the morning.'
