'The employees were friendly and helpful, though the hotel is below its 4 star standard. We first got a room (300) that had a very noisy air-condition system. Even though it was turned of it kept making an annoying clicking sound all night long. The next morning we got a new room (121) which was extremely hot. I mean at least 30 degrees. We asked them to take a look at it, but nothing could be done. We opened the window, but as soon as we closed it at night because of the noise of the highway,...

'My son and I were very well treated by the staff. They were very kind and caring. My son enjoyed a lot the swimming pool with a beatiful view. Breakfast was delicious! The only minor issue: we had to go to Airport Linate for our flight , I found it far from the airport, amost €70 for the taxi.'

'Nice and beautiful hotel. At check-in time my room wasn’t ready yet, so they gave me a free upgrade to the executive room. Metro and tram station in front of the hotel. Staff was really kind as well. Breakfast options were good. Lot of variety and as a plant-based eater I had enough vegan options too. Highly recommended.'
