'I liked the location, and the room was nice. However, the customer service at the front desk was very disappointing. The staff were unhelpful, didn’t seem to care about my concerns, and were unable to answer my questions. I expected much better service. I would definitely consider staying here again if the customer service improves.'

'First of all I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this was the one that I was afraid I was actually going to leave with something more than I came with. The bathroom shower was filthy. There was mold in the grout on the walls and the floor to the shower had one spot to where you could stand to actually stand that was clean. The bed was hard as a rock with a bed spread that had so many cigarette holes in it that it looked like Swiss cheese. I will never use this hotel again.'

'Stay away this hotel smells Is dirty and has bugs. You can hear people next door if someone is staying next door. Our door was like odd you had to pull and turn to unlock didn't feel safe, and the shower floor was black. When we checked in the room smelled like air freshener from a quick look it looks old but okay but when we got down to getting in the shower and in bed we noticed roaches which they claimed were water bugs and other bugs. 'This was the perfect little place for our stay while in Port A! Very nice and comfortable place. The a/c worked great. The bed was super comfortable. Condo was nicely decorated and super clean! Also having 2 spots for parking was great because we did get a golf cart! The couch bed definitely needs new mattress. We bought an egg crate topper and that helped a little, lol! We made it work. Great vacation.'
