'It was a great stay in a good location. The bedroom was a good size, and they provided everything you need to stay. I didn't have any issues at any point, and they told me everything I need to know in their messages. The only possible flaw is that no staff stays there, so if there was an issue it may take time for it be resolved.'

'Perfect location. Breakfast can be improved. '

'Great service and comfortable rooms, absolutely recommended. We had this hotel booked for our first day in Japan, when you leave the next day, there's an airport shuttle bus. '

'Short walk to the property from the train station. Clean rooms and common areas. Some amenities are not offered like the bath tub but shower is and it is clean. No cooking allowed but there are enough restaurants near the station to need the use the kitchen for meals. If you are concerned about shared toilet situation the property has two clean toilets that it's not an issue. Overall a great place to stay at to go exploring. I would definitely stay there again!'

'I booked this hotel because there is a free airport shuttle. Mentioned on the website and in Expedia. But I waited almost an hour and no shuttle! Only from the the to the airport and only in the morning?! Why is that not mentioned?? I send a few messages via Expedia to the hotel and never got an answer back! Very bad! Hotel so big and my room was ready, but you only get the key at 16:00… Pffft…'

'I don't know about other people but those 2 cooking pots were just too small for more than 1 person. 2 tiny pots,,,, naaaaa'
