Ben je klaar voor je volgende vakantie? Je zult het heerlijk vinden om te verblijven in dit prachtige huis in de Windy Hill-sectie van Noord Myrtle Beach! Deze 4BR / 4. 5BA Raised Beach House ligt aan de overkant van de straat van North Beach Plantation. Je kunt de golven vanaf de ramen in het huis de kust zien raken! Dit comfortabele huis heeft alles wat u nodig heeft om van uw verblijf te genieten. De keuken is volledig gevuld en klaar om te koken. Als je geen zin hebt om te koken, laat het ons weten als je wilt dat er maaltijden worden verzorgd of dat er genoeg restaurants zijn in de straat.
Er zijn 2 queensize bedden in de master suite die zich op de begane grond van het huis bevindt. Boven zijn er nog 3 slaapkamers. Er is een queensize bed in de 2e slaapkamer, 1 queensize bed in de 3e slaapkamer en 2 tweelingen in de 4e slaapkamer. Alle slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer. Er is ook een halve badkamer op het hoogste niveau. Er is een grote flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer en alle slaapkamers hebben ook een flatscreen.

De woonkamer is zeer ruim en comfortabel met veel zitplaatsen. De eettafel is groot en perfect voor familiemaaltijden. Het huis is licht en heeft veel ramen om van het landschap te genieten en je kunt zelfs de oceaan zien! De kathedraal plafonds maken het nog groter lijkt dan het is en er zijn plafondventilatoren overal. Je zult deze woning geweldig vinden! Er is ook een bar in de woonkamer voor extra drankjes en cocktails. Huur een golfkar om naar het strand te gaan en terug als je wilt. Breng gewoon je strandstoelen mee en ontspan!

Dit prachtige huis is perfect voor grote groepen, familiefeesten of weekenduitstapjes. Het ligt direct aan de straat van Barefoot Landing die veel winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden heeft. Bekijk The House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure en nog veel meer. Vraag ons ook over golfkarretjes, kortingskaarten en andere attracties.

Dit huis zal motorfietsen met beperkingen toestaan. Het is niet-roken en geen huisdieren.

Very happy overall, close to the beach, the number of bathrooms made it easy for everyone to cleanup at the same time. Close to restaurants and entertainment! The only slight drawback was the water pressure in the showers, a little low pressure but enough to shower.

The house was amazing with a great location relative to the beach and to attractions nearby. Some maintenance issues present. Didn't appear to be swept or mopped before checking in. Trash can outside was full. Wifi went out on the final two days of staying. Property management company was responsive though. Would most likely rent again.

The neighborhood is great and everyone is so friendly! Youre only min away from shops,restaurants,the grocery store, and activities.Our only recommendations for the owner is to have the cleaning crew vacuum the house and mop floors before the next guests. It wasn't clean and the ceiling fans were dirty as well. Some of the steps outside on the front porch need new boards for safety reasons and there are wires hanging out of the house that should be covered up. The bed in one of the rooms needs replaced.There are too many light switches that do nothing.I think labeling them would be helpful. The water does not get hot in some of the bathrooms and the outdoor shower did not work. Oh and the air in the master bedroom doesn't work, so that room gets hot by morning if your door is closed. All in all my family had a great stay and were very happy. The sheets were fresh and there were plenty of fresh towels provided which we loved! The jacuzzi tub was great as well! We will be back next year for sure in hopes the house is cleaner and maintenance items have been resolved!

Much better than sardine-like condo for family, would definitely consider staying again.Negative: Mattresses quite hard (typical), MBR king slopes to north. 8 carport lites, none function; only a couple lites near stairs work. MBR AC inoperative 1st day, fine thereafter. Be aware that base price gets larded up almost $900 with admin fee, cleaning fee, linen fee, damage protection fee, MB & NMB fees, & taxes. Left side parking VERY tight - don't try to park a van! Rearview mirror glass on right side of parking indicates previous tenant learned the hard way about tight parking! Communication: Don't expect Vacation Rentals of NMB to reply to emails, but they did send the needed (missing) pillows & apparently looked at AC issue - all without communication. Documents said check-in at 3pm, but was emphatically told later by Vacay Rentals of NMB that check-in at 4pm - obviously unclear, but we entered house at 3pm without issue.Golf Cart: Recommend NMB Golf Cart Rental (Michael 843.390.3900) to get to & from beach, since it's a few blocks away; but it's $4/hr to park cart at the beach. Then again, it appears no one enforces golf cart parking permits at 46th & S Ocean Blvd. Beach: No public bathrooms at beach parking locations (though parking costs $4/hr), so having a golf cart or bicycle is very handy.

Great place to stay, just needs some quality of life improvements.

The location of the house is great, there are plenty of things around to do as well as places to eat, and its walking distance to the beach. Our only complaint was that there were a lot of little things that could've been fixed and cleaned prior to our arrival. Trash was not sent out to be picked by trash pickup, the furniture was not cleaned up under or in between cushions, the beds were not very comfortable, and we had a problem with the in-counter stove top unit. Minor problems aside, the house is definitely worth staying for vacations, the cleaning service just needs to be more on it about checking all nooks and cranny inside and outside the house. We're are considering staying again in this house for next year since we come to myrtle beach every year.

Perfect for a large family

We came down and stayed 6 days. Our daughter played softball at the beach and we decided to bring some friends and make a vacation of it. We had a party of 10, and there was plenty of room. It was very clean, great location, close to the main drag, and just a few mins from the beach. The only issues we had were very minimal- water pressure was very weak, air balance in the rooms (some were freezing cold while others were stifling hot) Other than that- it was an amazing stay!

A beach house

Location of the house perfect. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to all attractions and shopping. If you are considering this property take this into consideration… to get to the front door using the front steps is 26 winding steps up. There is a back set of stairs up to the back/kitchen door. The master bedroom is on the main floor but the three other bedrooms are up 2 flights of stairs. There IS a shower in the master bath that isn’t shown in any pics. The only liquid hand soap was in the half bath on the main floor. The floors were filthy. It looked like we had walked around on the sidewalks barefoot, when we were simply walking around the house barefoot. I am keeping in mind that this is very close to the ocean when I say this… little kitchen ants every day and a couple of palmetto bugs on one day were found. Read into that whatever you want I’m just explaining my experience. The blinds all around the house need a swifter ran over them. So perhaps the managing company just needs a better cleaning service. Everything we used worked with the exception of many of the light switches didn’t do anything. I’d like to suggest the owner or manager label the switches. The TV remotes were a toss up on if they went with that one tv, with 5 tvs labeling these things would go a long way toward guest ease of use. A few basic maintenance things need to addressed by the manager/owner but does not effect the use of those things. Was it worth it? Yes. Would I book this house again? No due to the steps to climb and the filthy floors. Would I suggest this house to friends? Yes with the list I just provided everyone on here. Like I said, this is a beach house I know it will be a bit salty on the outside and perhaps a bit sandy inside as well. But on first arriving the floors were thee most disgusting.

The Windy Hill Experience

The Windy Hill Experience was an excellent stay for me and my friends. Starting with the ladies at check in very friendly and enjoyed chatting with them made me feel as I was family. The house itself was amazing was just as the pictures show love the sitting area under the house it rained one day and we sat under there and still had a great time
