Soooo I've tried to put a real review on here numerous times and they keep telling me to re submit due to certain post violations.. basically they want me to LIE!!! smh.. all imma say BOOK WITH CAUTION.. THATS IT THATS ALL.. NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN 💯

First of all.. the room was just OK.. it was definitely some false advertisement..the apartment needs EXTREME RENOVATION..ITS TOTALLY OUT DATED.. there was no broom to sweep.. the stove did not work.. only the oven.. the microwave was old as dirt.. there was a pair of thong underwear in-between the beds on the floor.. there was absolutely no room service.. they said we could check in at 4 but didnt send the check in code until 5..the washing machine were so old and front desk open and closed at unreasonable ungodly unprofessional honors.. it was like renting out a apartment in the PROJECTS.. the only thing I liked is the ocean view.. it was ok for what it was but I would never ever book with them again.. ijs ..

Positief: Inchecken, communicatie en locatie
The condo itself was nice, the location was great. Right on the beach, can't beat that. The rooms were clean. Floor was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable, one soft and one firm. Couch is clean and comfortable, its a pull out. We didnt try it. The Murphy bed was very convenient. All the mattresses had plastic covers on them, which was nice! Murphy bed was also comfortable but had a smell to it. Not the mattress but the metal frame itself from being stored in the wall maybe?. Beds were clean, linens are provided. View off balcony was beautiful. I would recommend bringing a rug/mat for the balcony, its filthy. Air conditioners worked awesome! I enjoyed the clean rooms, tv, balcony and view. The cons- I didn't have any big issues with the unit besides the kitchen pots. We stayed for a week so we did cook, pots were all horrible and should all be replaced. The building/property needs attention, a deep clean, paint and repairs. There were only 4 tubes available for the lazy river and people took them to the pool.Bring your own towels. Pools were clean, hot tubs are out of order.Everyone that works there was very nice.The restaurant and tiki bar were both closed the whole week we were there, disappointed. . Overall it was a nice place to stay. Clean, which is most important.
