    De ruimte
    Deze privé-efficiëntiekamer bevindt zich op de 8e verdieping van het populaire, hondvriendelijke Patricia Grand Resort. Het beschikt over twee queensize bedden in een schuine slaapkamer aan de oceaan met toegang tot een ruim balkon. Suite bevat een volledige keuken met basisbenodigdheden die nodig zijn om zelfgemaakte maaltijden te bereiden.     Resort beschikt over gezinsvriendelijke sfeer, dineren aan de oceaan, in de buurt van Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves Water Park, winkelen in de omgeving, dineren, live entertainment, golf. Op het terrein is een fitnesscentrum, internettoegang, cadeauwinkel / supermarkt, kabel-tv, groot zwembad aan de oceaan, binnenzwembad, Lazy River, jacuzzibaden en meer.

    - Moet 21 zijn om te boeken. Er is $ 20 per hond per nacht voor kleine honden. Alleen gasten die de suite hebben geboekt, zijn toegestaan. Dit is geen hotelkamer maar een particuliere suite. Laat het alsjeblieft achter zoals je het hebt gevonden en respecteer mijn plek. Per Resortregels is de stille tijd 23.00 - 06.00 uur. Houd rekening met andere resortgasten. Als er geen resortregels worden nageleefd, wordt u mogelijk gevraagd om te vertrekken.

    Alle suites die door ons worden beheerd, hebben codesloten voor de deuren, dus u hoeft geen tijd te verspillen aan het inchecken in de voorlobby, alle toegangscodes worden 1 dag voor het inchecken naar u verzonden. Parkeerpassen en poolpolsbandjes (waar nodig) wachten al op u in uw suite. Alle kamers zijn volledig ingericht en uitgerust met standaard keukengerei zoals bestek en borden / kommen. Voor iedereen die zijn hond mee wil nemen, staan alleen onze suites in Patricia Grand dit toe. Informeer voor meer informatie over deze eenheden.

    Bij het inchecken zijn beddengoed voor elk bed en handdoeken voor elke persoon beschikbaar in de kamer, samen met starteritems zoals vuilniszakken, toiletpapier en zeep. Eventuele extra items komen tegen een kleine vergoeding. Items zoals strandstoelen, parasols, etc. worden niet door ons verstrekt, maar kunnen worden gehuurd bij de strandwachten op het strand.

    Onze locaties zijn particulier eigendom en worden gehuurd door off-site management, dus alle vragen of verzoeken moet u doen door contact met ons op te nemen. De frontdesks zullen geen van uw informatie bevatten en zullen u niet helpen.

The lock on our door broke, it was repaired quickly which was awesome!! But it took multiple phone calls, emails and text to get the process started. Just a hassle when your on Vaca. The room itself was very worn, paint chips on walls and furniture Both mattresses were awful. We liked the resort, but won’t book on Expedia next time.

The suite was absolutely wonderful. It was well stocked and so cute! We enjoyed wonderful views even with all the rain, but still got to enjoy the heated pools, lazy river, and hot tubs, which were so wonderful and relaxing. Having a keypad to get in, instead of a key card, was a blessing so we did not have to worry about locking ourselves out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Restful weekend

This property has easy access, parking garage, efficient elevators and the suite itself was quiet and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed a restful, recuperating weekend!

Great experience

I loved the convenience of not having to check in at the front desk. Also, the location and being able to bring my fur baby. Room was clean and the ocean front view was amazing. Being a single female I felt safe at that location.

Nice place

Room was exactly like described. Clean. Excellent view. And a great plus we could bring the fur babies. Ice maker in the freezer was handy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. The restaurant and Starbucks on the property were also convenient. Only complaint we have was there’s not a lot of channels that come in on the television. But over all will likely stay there again.

Told the door code would be sent day of before 4pm. At 2pm we still hadn’t received it and I reached out. “You will receive the door access code here and your email minutes before your check in time at 4.” Literally 4pm- It’s worrisome driving a 5hr trip thinking we may have been scammed. We were sent an excessive list of rules…mind you this is a condo/resort…not even a private home. Also, what seemed to be owned by the host “company” not a private owner.The room was clean, however, there were stains on the blanket which I did let the host “company” know. They offered to possibly bring another blanket but assured it was clean. I said not necessary-just wanted to make you aware. My bed felt like it was from 1980. I literally felt the springs and it made loud noises just turning over. My son said his bed was okay. There wasn’t anything to put our luggage on, other than the bed or floor. One small dresser and closet. The nightstand between the 2 beds is small with a giant lamp, leaving hardly no room for phones, glasses, remote, and/or bottle of water.Resort parking deck is AWFUL!!! Don’t bring your truck or large suv! The doors are heavy and slam hard! This can be very disruptive for you or neighbors! This resort allows dogs-they were everywhere! You will hear barking-if that bothers you don’t stay here! This did not bother me at all, I loved the pups, but just FYI. Clean-mostly! Worth the cost-no.

Loved the amenities and the dull kitchen was wonderful. One of the beds was so comfortable. The other was ok but had a different feel. Would stay here again. The hotel and room made it easy for our small dog to be part of our vacation

Overpriced Dirty Room

This room is horrible. The rental company Coastal Management Properties is a terrible. They are not accommodating at all. The room was not clean upon check in. Do not book this room. You can stay at this same property by booking directly with them and the room will be clean and more up to date fixtures. We ended up in another room at this property for most of our stay. The stay in the other room was no comparison it was so much better. The bathroom is super small and the sink didn’t drain probably we reached out to property owner and nothing was done. I can not stress enough if you are looking for pet friendly this same property has hundreds of rooms much cheaper and cleaner. Do not waste your money. I will never use this company again or VRBO they also are no help with property that arise. Do yourself a favor and go a different route if you are looking for a place to stay. I learned my lesson never again. Spent $$$$ with them and only spent $$$ total for the other room. Do not use VRBO or Coastal Management Properties.

The room was very cleaned.However, I had NO Cable/TV until the next day around 4:00 pm after calling and texting. I asked for more coffee packets and got none.Poor Management/ service.It was just myself wanting to relax and watch a movie or two.Didn’t happen. I have yet to hear from the owner.

Great place to vacation with a dog

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is in the Patricia Grand Hotel. It is a direct oceanfront condo on the 8th floor. First the pros. The view is spectacular. I really enjoyed that and having a balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean view. Access to the beach was easy. We did not use any of the pools so I can't comment on that. It is a great place to vacation with a dog. I visited with a friend and my small dog. There is a dog park area right next to the hotel, My dog loved it, all the dogs and the smells, she was very happy. The restaurant in the hotel has an area just outside with tables and chairs where we could order meals with my dog with us. That was fantastic and I enjoyed all the food I ordered. The cons aren't huge. There was some sand on the floor when we arrived. Other than that the condo was very clean. The beds aren't really comfortable. I didn't sleep poorly but my friend did. Dishes in the kitchen were a little sparse but it had everything we needed. They supplied dish soap, dish cloth, sponge, dish towels and paper towels and that was nice. Overall, we had a great visit and I would recommend staying at this condo.

Unit was fairly clean. beds were comfortable, resort was clean but no one wears face masks on elevators or any crowded spaces! . Kitchen lacks pans/pots. So, if you are renting this unit to do some light cooking like breakfast; forget this one! this is not the one. Based on the fact that restaurants have 1-3 hrs wait and lines for fast food are incredibly long! We prepared for that , but we didn’t even have a decent frying pan ! The one there belongs in the trash! It was not usable; we requested one but vscada the properly management company were passive aggressive and don’t provide any help. They have a calling center that trains employees to take messages and send nasty texts offering no help at all. Too bad the owner has this company to manage a good unit. They messed uo two out of ny 3 day stay! They just moved us around from room to room; not caring for any of our inconvenience!to pack and unpack everything 3 times! They made us waste 4 hours without any communication or solutions! I traveled with my 18 y/o dog and they diid not even offer am apology! The unit is okay; but company management @vacsa@ is disgusting! Pay cloae attention to that name : never book a place that is managed ny vacasa!

Great view, location

This unit has a great view of the ocean and in convenient location. Room had most of the basics, was fairly clean, but the cleaning service could do a better job of vacuuming the carpet...there was dog hair all over and found cigarette butt on the balcony. Overall, was an ok place to stay for the off season price.
