This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental townhouse is just two blocks from the ocean, making it easy to pack up the beach bag, grab the leash, and hit the sand with your pup.

The master bedroom on the second floor features a king bed and has access to our remodeled bathroom with walk. in shower. The second bedroom is on the third floor loft and has a queen bed. Our living room has a sleeper sofa for additional space.

*No pool available at this property.

*Music must be kept at a reasonable level to not offend neighbors.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*Motorcycles and golf carts are permitted.

*Parking for up to two vehicles.

*Washer/dryer in house.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*This property has a camera at entry.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $69 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
