Bijgewerkt Ocean View Condo - Een korte blok naar het strand

Dit onlangs gerenoveerde appartement met 3 slaapkamers en uitzicht op de oceaan met tegels en houten vloeren wacht op u en uw gezin. U vindt een volledig uitgeruste, goed ingerichte 3e verdieping unit. Granieten keuken met alle nieuwe apparaten. Ouderslaapkamer met eigen badkamer, flatscreen-tv, inloopkast en queensize bed. Tweede slaapkamer, met flatscreen-tv, gedeelde badkamer, inloopkast, schuifregelaar naar dek en queensize bed. Derde slaapkamer met extra lang eenpersoonsbed en stapelbedden. Dit apparaat slaapt comfortabel 7. Woonkamer met schuifregelaar die leidt naar een groot overdekt terras met uitzicht op de oceaan, ingericht met buitenventilator, tafel en stoelen die uw leefruimte uitbreiden. U kunt gemakkelijk naar het strand lopen en voor uw gemak krijgt u toegang tot opslag op de begane grond om strandspullen en of golfclubs af te zetten. Full-size front load wasmachine en droger in aparte wasruimte in eenheid. Onsite zwembad, barbecue en prachtig landschap voor u en uw gasten om van te genieten! Heel familiebuurt maar toch dicht bij attracties voor alle leeftijden. Kom deze vakantiewoning bekijken, je zult zo blij zijn dat je dat gedaan hebt! Let op: er is geen lift. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor 2 auto's (HOA staat geen parkeren van aanhangwagens of bedrijfsvoertuigen toe).

Gail and Angelo's place was perfect for the 6 of our family. We had 4 adults, two pre-teens. Having the kids own room was great. Their unit is clean, beautifully decorated and comfy.You can't bet the location either.The one downside is the outdoor grill area. We love to grill, but the grills we very old, rusty, and hate to say it just plain dirty. I know that's not Gails fault. We did love the pool, big and many times we had it to ourselves.

Nice Stay!

Overall, we were very pleased with the condo. It was extremely clean (which is very important to me!), it was a block from the beach, and the condo was very well supplied. We never had to purchase toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc…the entire time we were there. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars was because the pool was having maintenance the entire week of our stay and we weren’t made aware of it until we saw the signs once we got there. The building where the condo was located had a lot of maintenance that started taking place the last 2 days we were there. The owners communicated with us and kept us informed. With that being said, I would stay here again! Walking distance to everything.

60th Birthday Girls Weekend

It was the perfect location for my sister's birthday celebration. We were so close to everything we wanted to do. Walked to local restaurants and the beach. Short drive to Marshwalk for restaurants and dolphin cruise. Short drive to minigolf and escape room and yoga studio. We were able to pack so much into a 3-day weekend because of the perfect location. Condo was clean, comfortable and had all the conveniences we needed. It's on the 3rd floor, so one member of the party had a little trouble with the stairs. Overall a great trip made better by this awesome Condo. Thanks!

Awesome!

We stayed at Gail and Angelo’s place when my son played at Ripken. It was super convenient. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet and the beach is super close. The condo was very clean and exactly like the photos. There is a wonderful breeze as you sit on the balcony to enjoy breakfast. Gail and Angelo were very responsive with all of our questions. Honestly, everything was amazing. Definitely hope to stay in the future.

We have family living in Surfside and this was a perfect spot for us to stay and walk to their home. We enjoyed waking up early and walking a short block to watch the sunrise on the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. We would definitely book again.

Chanticleer Visit, Take Two

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here for Parents Weekend (or our version of Parents Weekend). Perfect location

This Condo was outstanding. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. The one block walk to the beach was convenient and the extras provided such as bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs were a great bonus. Also a short walk to the restaurants. Comfortable walking distance to the beach

Property was beautifully kept, well stocked kitchen, room for everyone, and very comfortable. Only 2 blocks to the beach. 2 kids 4 and 6 walked there and back easily. Chairs, umbrella, and toys were a welcome surprise. Didn’t realize this was a 3rd floor walk up till we got there with all the bags. Storage on ground floor was helpful for golf clubs. Pack n play not included, we had to borrow one from family nearby. Very quiet and peaceful spot.
