The Space:

Situated on the 7th floor, this suite offers a generous balcony with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean, giving you the perfect spot to soak in the beauty of the sea. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed in the bedroom, a versatile Murphy bed, and a large pull-out couch for that extra comfort and space. The kitchen is fully stocked with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cooking essentials you could need. Plus, there's a convenient dining area right next to the kitchen, making it easy for you to enjoy meals and drinks without any hassle. Small dogs are welcome with prior approval. (Must be up to 40 lbs, dog fee $25 per dog, per night. Restricted breeds are Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. ONLY DOGS are allowed. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions)(Maximum of 2 Dogs Allowed ) . No need to board your furry friend while you're away when they can tag along for the whole trip.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as all resort amenities.

Location Description:
Great central location within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and stores. Only short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Convention Center, Sports Center, The Boardwalk (you can even walk there if you would like) and more

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
