Gulfstream Cottages MRV28 is een charmant huis met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, op slechts korte loopafstand van het strand en luchtige comfortabele accommodaties voor maximaal 7 personen. Verzamel je beste vrienden of familieleden voor een strandvakantie aan de zuidkant van Myrtle Beach.

Binnenkomst vanaf de overdekte veranda is een briesje met keyless entry. Warme tegelvloeren begroeten met een gezellige sofa, een salontafel en een grote tv met lattenbodem met Roku en een dvd-speler. De eerste verdieping biedt een wasruimte met een wasmachine en droger. Een complete badkamer met een douche bevindt zich op het eerste niveau.

Verzamel rond de eettafel met stoelen voor 4 om te eten of te spelen. De keuken is voorzien van zwart op zwart apparaten aangevuld met gladde granieten toonbanken en is uitgerust met alles wat u nodig hebt om maaltijden te bereiden voor familie en vrienden.

De slaapkamers bevinden zich beide op het tweede niveau. De eerste slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de tweede heeft ook een queensize bed. Beide slaapkamers hebben comfortabele bedden en een televisie met Roku. Er is een gedeelde complete badkamer met een bidet en douche.

All in all, the property was mostly clean, and the location was safe and convenient to the beach. My only issue was that the presentation was discouraging compared to the photos on the app. The furniture was old; I wasn't sure if it was safe to lounge on the living room furniture. We got past that as a family and still enjoyed our stay. The walls were dirty; the place just looks old inside.

Wonderful family get-away

We go annually for the F-Body Beach Bash and this was our first time staying at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here with our adult children, access to the beach was wonderful and a quick walk. Communication with the owner was wonderful, he was quick to respond for any questions we might have. Would recommend this home to others.

Deceiving… needs some cleaning

Cleanliness was very subpar. The floors and walls were filthy. I tried to clean the floors myself and the mops were jet black and unusable. Also, pictures are outdated and not accurate to the listing. Otherwise, the pool and neighborhood were great. Very friendly community as well. It does get a little sketchy when you leave the condo area though.

The list of issues is very long - here are a few - many roaches, maggots in bottom of trash can, bugs everywhere... dirty dishes... no way to turn on the fan in bedroom.. no way to adjust the fan in the other bedroom or downstairs living room...no batteries in remote so never got to turn on the tv...just very disappointed.

Poorly kept

The cottage served it’s purpose for us as far as having a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable. We had a group of 6 including my 1 year old. There is not adequate seating in the living room for this many people even though the description states it accommodates this many people. The cottage itself was filthy. I went out and bought a mop and swifter as well as Lysol wipes and scrub n bubbles for the showers. The floors were so dirty my baby’s feet were black. The walls look like they’ve never been washed. The place just needs a deep clean but otherwise it was fine. The pool area was nice and we also used the grill twice for dinner.

5 min walk to the beach

Great location only a 5 min walk to the beach. Pool is only 50 yards from the front door of the townhouse. Everyone within the community was friendly, and a pretty quite community for the most part. I would say the townhouse does need better cleaning but other then that book this location!

My Stay Experience

It was very nice, the neighborhood was quiet and everyone there was very nice. When we arrived at the property at 4 pm (our check in time) the cleaners were not complete. They said they would "finish really fast" and did not do a very efficient job. The floors were dirty up/downstairs and the pull out couch was very dirty and had a random plastic bag on it. Other than that we had no issues !

Everything was good. There are a couple things you might want to be a where of. When using the dryer it keeps running if you set it on the heavy setting. We used it again but used the timed setting and it worked just find. There is a chair on the back patio the has a broken arm. If someone doesn’t see this they may fall. We enjoyed our girls vacation and would stay again. Thank you

Good location close to the beach

All in all a good stay. It was super close to the beach and not too far from the boardwalk to drive to. One issue that did happen was people stole some items off our front porch overnight, but this was reported to police and property management so hopefully they can find them.

Nice stay!

Property was well kept and extremely close to everywhere we needed to be near the beach. Perfectly located. Met all of our expectations. The owner was super responsive to answer any of our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great location with everything you need for a fun vacation

Our family of 5 had an awesome time here. Our kids (10-20 yrs) enjoyed swimming in the pool, right in front of the rental, plus body surfing/ boogie boarding at the beach. Super close to Walmart for groceries, restaurants, beach apparel, mini golf, ice cream. Mom appreciated the full kitchen, washer/dryer, and 2 showers. Kids appreciated the 3 tvs w/Roku. My only complaint is that the the rental needs a deep cleaning. The walls are dirty, upstairs carpets are very badly stained, kitchen counter and table were not washed. I understand that it is very hard to find workers right now since they can get paid more to stay home
