Our beautiful oceanfront condo is in Surfwatch III, located in Surfside Beach, "The Family Beach." It has ocean or lake views from every room with a large oceanfront balcony.

The condo is on the top floor of a four-story building with amazing views. An elevator and carts are available, making unloading so much easier.

*KITCHEN is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and most cooking essentials.

*LIVING ROOM includes a full-size sleeper sofa, recliner, ceiling fan, a 65" smart flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.

*MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed with an ocean view and access to the balcony through the sliding glass doors. There is a 43" smart flat-screen TV.
*SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-size bed and a 32" flat-screen TV.
*2 FULL BATHROOMS, one for each bedroom. Beginning set of starter supplies for your arrival.

*LAUNDRY ROOM with washer and dryer.
*LINENS - bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bed sheets, kitchen dish towels, and dishcloths are provided.

Outdoor showers are available on the way off the beach.
Two parking passes are provided. Motorcycles, trailers, boats, motor homes, and golf carts are not permitted.
The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire rental.
