Place was great but the kitchen was not “fully stocked” with dishes or cookware. The hotel security were rather rude and obnoxious when BANGING on our room door while SCREAMING “security” over towels being over railings which no one was informed was an “HOA rule” in any shape or form…which he went to every room that he could establish had towels hanging and banged/yelled and wanted to argue with anyone trying to find reason behind such negative behavior toward guests. Check out was smooth other than the one lady who decided to “leave a note for your late drop off” yet she calls us the next morning in a condescending manner DENYING she ever said she would leave a note about late drop off for us….she literally tried to argue with me over the phone call when there were 2 other witnesses to her saying it on the phone call. The lady that was at the office when we dropped keys and all was very apologetic and nice as she saw how upset we were about being lied on by her coworker. The balcony is not properly displayed in photos either. There is a public hallway with an open balcony RIGHT ACROSS from the room balcony. It made privacy a concern as the balcony windows were directly across from the same area.
