We had a great time during our stay. The unit was clean when we got there. You can tell it is an older place and has been well used as the walls need some paint and bathroom exhaust fans need some cleaning. When we got there the unit was hot and we realized the AC wasn’t working properly. We notified the manager and they had someone out within the hour. It was back cooling and we didn’t have anymore problems with it. They also continued to check in throughout our stay to make sure it was running and we didn’t need anything else. The pool was nice touch and even though it is shared we had it to ourselves. The location was perfect for us. The walk was .13 from the beach and 10-15mins to everything we wanted to do. We only cooked one time and it did have the cooking basics. The only thing I will ding them on is the lack of complementary things. When you pay as much as they want for a few days, I am expecting the place to at least have salt, pepper and basic coffee. We have stayed in many rentals and the owners ALWAYS provide these things if not more. Even hotels provide coffee in the rooms. Although it may not be used, it’s a nice touch that will keep people coming back. They did provide a complimentary kitchen items like dish soap. The bathrooms did have soap and shampoo but in the second bathroom they must have not been checked as when we went to use the shampoo/conditioner they were empty. Replacements were there just not put up. Overall a good place we’d use again.
