Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing vacation. Overall pleased with our rental. A few things- we wish we would have been told the microwave didn't work, we bought things we couldn't eat. The ceiling fan light was out. The main door is difficult to lock/unlock. Besides those things, the condo is beautiful, scenery gorgeous.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Relaxing on the balcony with the ocean below us. Convenient location - close to everything but not in the touristy/busy part of town. We hope to be back again soon!

Great location! Only complaints - the ac was working hard to keep up (granted it was HOT with temps in the 90s). We learned to close the large hurricane sliders outside when we left for the day to keep the sun out and from heating up the unit. That definitely helped! The other issue was with the door lock. It was ready hard to get the door locked! The locks really need to be replaced and updated. Otherwise (and those were really minor issues), we had a great trip!!

The condo was amazing with great views of the ocean. It was very clean and maintenance was very responsive (only issue was a sewage odor after it rained). We would definitely return to this property!

Myrtle 2023

This was our second time staying at this condo, third time at Maison Sur Mer. The views from this condo are unbelievable. It's location is perfect and is great for a very relaxing getaway. Will definitely be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! This was our third time staying in this building, and we continue to come back because the location and views are hard to beat. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.We did experience an issue during our stay that was completely out of everyone's control, but the property manager was incredibly responsive, understanding, and accommodating. Their excellent customer service made a stressful situation much easier, and we truly appreciated how quickly they worked to help us.The only downside—and the reason I mention it for future guests—is that you may hear construction noise from nearby units. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., so if you're planning to spend those hours in the condo, it's something to be aware of. That said, it hasn't stopped us from returning, and we'd happily stay here again. The amazing location, beautiful views, and outstanding management make it well worth it!
