Negatief: Netheid, inchecken en communicatie
Towers at North Beach was a terrible check in process. I paid in advance so I could go through “express check-in” but when I got there for check in the express line was not available. Not only was the express check in non existent, my 4:00 check in time was not available until 4:15. We got in late and the house wasn’t even cleaned thoroughly. There were dead flies on the window ledge. And the bedroom carpet. There was a dying cockroach on the entrance floor. And the lint catcher in the dryer was full. The kitchen was poorly stocked with supplies. We checked out earlier than required around 9 instead of 11 and when we called at 11 because we realized we left our daughters food on the fridge, housekeeping already threw it away. Also the resort facilities were sorry. The pool was full of debris everyday and there were hardly any chairs available to sit on as everyone reserves them and goes to the beach or wherever. The music was just ok at the pool. Lots of kids throwing balls in the pools and there was trash left on chairs and floors near the chairs. This place cost too much money to be in this condition.
