Property very, very dated and not much upkeep being done, rooms are very dated as well and very, very dirty, I went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself, also dirty dishes put back that we ran a load of dishes through the washer. very grateful for a clean bed and mostly comfortable and they have a large laundry facility, and a very large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean room 421. Breakfast was just okay but for $10.00 who could ask for more but do have to say the restaurant staff was the friendliest then the 2 ladies at the front desk, I know it was not the Hilton but I just expected more I quess .... was our Christmas vacation and was just okay
