Summary:
Step into Seaclusion and the Atlantic frames the living room — a corner 1-bedroom with two private oceanfront balconies, a King bedroom, and a galley kitchen built for slow mornings. Made for family vacations and girls' weekends. Our locally-built StayMareni Guest Guide points to the food and the small detours that make a beach week feel less generic. No streets to cross to the sand, the 21st Avenue dining strip a three-minute walk, and Starbucks a few blocks past.
The Space:
Seaclusion is a privately owned 1-bedroom corner suite at Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower — recently renovated, easygoing in feel, with the kind of full-on oceanfront framing that makes the suite worth booking again. The owners have furnished this home with care, and we take care of it as if it were our own.
Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower is the lower-key neighbor to the dense oceanfront strip south of it — Art Deco-inspired exterior, sand right behind the building, free parking right at the door. The corner stack puts Seaclusion at the quiet end of the floor, with two private balconies instead of the usual one.
The living room is built around the Atlantic. A wide picture window opens onto the oceanfront balcony, and the seating faces it. The gray sofa carries yellow accents and faces the view. The royal-blue coffee table sits between. An Adirondack-chairs-on-the-beach canvas anchors the back wall. The 50-inch Smart TV sits on a white arched media console. A red metal accent stool tucks in beside it. Step into the bedroom and it's the King, the window line, and the way the morning light lands. A second 50-inch Smart TV faces the bed. Navy-blue curtains carry the cobalt palette through. The galley kitchen runs full-size — granite counters, tile floors, a full electric range with the oven directly below, and a Keurig already loaded for slow mornings. With the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, two full baths matter. The master bath has the jetted oval whirlpool tub set in a tile-clad alcove with a handheld shower. The secondary bath is straightforward — cultured-marble vanity, oval mirror, tub-shower combo.
It's a rare two-balcony layout — both private, both oceanfront, both built for early coffee and late-day breeze. Two blue Adirondack chairs are already set out on the living-room balcony. The oceanfront deck has the spread — outdoor pool, lazy river, two hot tubs, plus the indoor heated pool for the in-between days. Building-wide WiFi is blazing fast — no dead zones from the suite out to the pool deck. Birthday week? Anniversary trip? Ask about our Celebration setups — balloons, decorations, and the touches that make the day feel marked.
Most of what guests do here happens on foot. Coffee at Starbucks is a few blocks south on foot. The 21st Avenue restaurants are right past it, and the Convention Center is ten minutes up the road. The north end of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade is about a ten-minute walk south — beach already at the door.

Skip the lobby — your code and parking pass are sent straight to your phone the day of check-in. Inside, your welcome setup is waiting: branded K-cups for the Keurig, popcorn and cookies, hotel-quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion), and weighty bath towels with fresh linens already made up. Dish soap, basic cookware, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are all in place, along with starter trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels — enough to land easily and figure out the grocery run later. Blazing-fast WiFi is included throughout the suite, the building, and out onto the pool deck.
Friendly reminders: booking guest must be 21 or older, and these are smoke-free homes. Boardwalk's monthly building access code is sent the day of check-in alongside your door code — same code works for both the beach- and street-side entries.
