Cozy seaside getaway.

The unit is cozy with a nice view, It is comfortable enough for a small family. The kitchen is tidy and neat. The bedroom is small but the bed is comfortable. Parking is accessible but tight so driving a smaller vehicle is easier though we did make it work with a ford explorer.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Bed was broke called about it the first week and no one came out to fix it. The couch bed was disgusting had not been washed. The actually mattress of the couch bed is so old it’s basically springs. The dryer vent has been stolen so we had to hang dry all of our things for two weeks. The room wasn’t properly cleaned we had to go buy cleaning products to even feel comfortable there. If it wouldn’t have been our children’s birthdays we would’ve left the moment we arrived.

Unit not clean/local staff not helpful

Arrived to find trash in places that should not have been missed by the cleaning company. I had to contact vrbo via email and wait for a response only to be told that they had to wait to hear back from the host, which has yet to happen. Never again! The bed frame needs to be replaced, so the bed sleeps horribly. My back now hurts. The bedroom molding is not attached, so there are exposed nails. There's a plug in rodent repellent behind the cooking utensils and roach baits in the cabinets with the dishes. Half drank water bottles were under the bed and 1 was even in the couch. An overturned trash can had clothing tags and tissue paper from the inside of new shoes next to it. Between the coffee table and the bed was a rubberband, a false nail, and a cotton swab. There is no way anyone cleaned this room. All of the things i found upon arrival were in very obvious places, so this made me question whether the linens had even been changed.

Room was fine

The room is compact, but worked for us. Our kids were happy they didn't have to share a bed. The vacuum, broom, mop and extra sheets and pillows are shoved in the closet so theres no room for clothes to be kept in there. Theres a dresser and lots of space if you dont require clothes to be hung up though. The kitchen setup allowed us to keep drinks cool and warm up leftovers. The toilet backed up twice and the plunger provided must've been purchased at a dollar store. Toilet water got all over the bathroom floor and there is no access to cleaning supplies whatsoever. The room itself was ok. The elevators were quick. Theres a tiki type bar on the way out to the water and a rinsing station. If you need anything the front desk will help. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance too.
