Beste eenheid in Baywatch! Directe Oceanfront-eenheid! Gloednieuwe woonkamer meubels, gloednieuwe bedden, gloednieuwe airconditioning en verwarming, nieuwe wasmachine en droger, nieuwe potten en pannen, en pas geverfd! 2 nieuwe queensize bedden toegevoegd in de hoofdslaapkamer, wat betekent dat nu 4 queensize bedden in de unit zijn! 2 queensize bedden in elke slaapkamer. 3 HDTV's met veel kanalen, GRATIS Netflix samen met gratis lokale en interlokale gesprekken, luxe meubels, queensize bedden, draadloos internet en nog veel meer! Dit alles terwijl u nog steeds verblijft in een van de beste full-service AAA 3-diamanten resort van Noord Myrtle Beach, het Bay Watch Resort & Conference Center.

Het enorme 600 voet oceaan dek bij het zwembad zal zeker indruk maken! Met een zwembad aan de oceaan, een bubbelbad, een luie rivier en een kinderbad is er geen betere plek om te ontspannen en te spelen! Koel af bij Flip Flops, de zwembadbar & grill aan de oceaan, met speciale bevroren drankjes en serveer uw favorieten van de grill.

Ons appartement heeft een eigen balkon aan de oceaan! Volledig ingerichte keuken, net als thuis, vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger in eenheid, 3 tv's en 3 dvd-spelers. Het apparaat is geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen / maximaal 6 volwassenen! Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers! De slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer en glazen schuifdeuren die openen naar het uitzicht op de oceaan.

Voorzieningen: De watervoorzieningen van Baywatch zijn ongeëvenaard in Myrtle Beach en zijn als volgt: Twee (2) Binnenzwembaden, twee (2) buitenzwembaden, een (1) indoor lazy river, een (1) enorme outdoor lazy river, drie (3) indoor hot tubs, vier (4) outdoor hot tubs en indoor en outdoor kinderbaden. Plus een gloednieuwe bar bij het zwembad met live entertainment. Buitendouche, twee restaurants op het terrein, sportbar, buiten Cabana-bar in de zomer, oefening en speelkamer.

Omdat ik een hoge kwaliteit en standaard voor de Penthouse-accommodaties wil handhaven, beperk ik het aantal gasten dat dit jaar weer in deze unit zal verblijven. Op die manier zal het altijd extreem schoon zijn en de inrichting van een zeer hoge standaard. Dus als je het beste wilt en moe bent van teleurgesteld te zijn, betaal dan een beetje meer voor het Penthouse. Gelieve vroeg te boeken, omdat ik altijd snel vol ben!

Vers gemaakte bedden en handdoeken met alle reserveringen: u krijgt alle beddengoed en handdoeken bij elke reservering. Plus nieuwe queensize bedden in de slaapkamer en nu ook twee nieuwere queensize bedden in de andere slaapkamer. Ik heb nu 3 HDTV's in elke kamer. Je zult problemen hebben met het verslaan van mijn prijzen als je beddengoed toevoegt en alle voorzieningen die je in mijn unit krijgt. Bovendien houd ik mijn apparaat in topvorm en zeer schoon! Dus kom kijken waarom zoveel mensen elk jaar terugkomen en bij me blijven. Ik heb een internettelefoon, maar ik zou je mobiele telefoons willen aanbevelen als je belangrijkste manier van communiceren. Tot nu toe heeft de telefoon prima gewerkt en het beste is dat alle gasten overal in de VS gratis kunnen bellen.

Gracious and responsive host.

The rooms were all we could ask for. Privacy if wanted but space for togetherness if desired. Great views, efficient and fully working elevators, and tvs that work with easy controls. I would book tomorrow if i knew when the family would be table to go. Thanks Brian. It was much needed and fully appreciated.

Besides better weather we couldn't have asked for more. Brian has an amazing place with a great view. He is excellent at communicating as he reached out to us several times to ensure our happiness with the stay. Would definitely book this rental again!

This was the first time we had been back to Myrtle Beach in a few years and it did not disappoint. The condo was very spacious and clean with fantastic views. Not only that, but it was in a great location as well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We could not have been happier with our stay!

This unit is lovely. The check in process was very easy with no need to stop at another location or go to the front desk. We were even sent helpful videos for how to use everything! The rooms were great and the owners included all the supplies we needed. The kids loved the beach, the various pools, and enjoyed the Italian ice stand every single day! The location is very close to Barefoot Landing and grocery stores. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

5 Stars Says It All!!!

Pics and description were spot-on, the rooms were great and the views spectacular. We loved all the rooms, spacious, clean, well taken care of. Had 4 adults in party and there was plenty of room and all amenities were provided. Had 2 parking spots in garage, and it's a nice garage. Pools were great and plenty of them. Everywhere was very clean, elevators fast and relatively uncrowded. Tried all 3 restaurants and ice cream shop, they all were nice. WiFi great. Appliances super nice. Just a great place and plan on visiting again. Brian is super nice and informative, and unobtrusive---the perfect host!

Our stay was great until the last day.

While the condo was just as described, we had a terrible last day - as we found out it was motorcycle week, and the person in the condo next to us decided to blast (our walls shaking) music from approx. 5 pm until 4 am the next morning. (and music probably continued, but we decided to head home early due to our lack of sleep due to this situation). Our condo, while on the 19th floor, you could also hear motorcycles and music this far up. Just wished we were given a heads up when we booked that this event was happening this week, as we may have booked a different week. We talked to another condo owner who said they don't rent their unit out during this yearly event, now I know why. While all this was not the owners fault, just felt this should have been mentioned, as they knew this could bring crowds/noise. Especially since we were warned from the condo owner about minor items from this resort that could result in fines, such as leaving sandy shoes in hallways or leaving towels hanging on balcony.

The entire process from start to finish is a pleasure! The penthouse 1912 is everything you want. Clean; modern, competitively priced; and close to EVERYTHING. You will never be disappointed in renting this unit. It’s a special place owned by special people who will treat you better than you can ever imagine.

Love the penthouse views of the ocean. Excellent location off 28th Ave in North Myrtle Beach. Indoor pools and hot tubs need work. Management need to make their presence known. Outdoor pools and hottubs were A+. Alot of things to do for kids and adults.

Amazing time!

We had such a great time….even with Hurricane Idalia coming our way. The condo was perfect and had all the amenities that we needed, even books to read at the beach. The pictures posted are exactly what you get. We had 5 adults and the condo is big enough that we didn’t feel cramped or on top of each other. There are 2 restaurants and a little beach bar that we frequented often. So fun! Brian was definitely informative and responsive to any questions that I had. I am sure we will return again and would recommend this condo to my family and friends.

Great time in the penthouse!

My daughter and I stayed in the penthouse and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the views from the balcony. I enjoyed starting out the mornings on the balcony listening to the waves crash and the sunrise. Comfortable couches and beds were great to have along with plenty of channels to throw something on the TV once we were in for the night. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was very clean, the four elevators were some of the fastest ones I've ever been on which if you're going to the penthouse is great! It literally took just a few seconds to go from the penthouse to the ground floor or vice versa! Plenty of pools inside and out, the large outdoor heated pool was my daughter’s favorite! A couple days were rainy and it was comfortable hanging around the condo playing games there. The owner called me on the way there to let me know that the cleaning person let him know that a bulb might have burned out in the fridge and to let him know if that was true once we arrived, fortunately we found the lights working in both the fridge and freezer. Nice that even a small detail like that was cared about for our stay.

Amazing vacation

Everything was perfect. Brian communicated with me through the whole process- answered all my questions very quickly. Even gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants. He gave us thorough instructions about the property, check in process, even how to work the locks and let us know when the cleaning crew was finished so we could check in early. He was amazing to work with. The area was perfect for us. We enjoy less crowded areas. We were always able to find a good spot on the beach during the day, and open spots at the pool early evening. But even the pools didn’t seem overly crowded during the day. The resort itself was great. My daughter enjoyed the pools late afternoons /early evenings- made a new friend every time, while my husband and I listened to a band and had some food or drink. The area itself wasn’t too busy but close enough to the boardwalk and the more hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach that you can easily drive there without missing anything. And the condo was perfect, very clean, had all the necessary amenities with a breathtaking view. It was everything we needed for a recharge and relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Myrtle Beach.
