The 3rd “bedroom” is really an adjoining suite w/ its own locking door completely separate from rest of the rental. Walking in the door, u enter into a dim hallway w/ 1 room behind a locked door to the left & the rest of the rental behind a locked door to the right – not like the floorplan image in the listing. Thankfully, my kids are adults. Would not be good with young kids.Rental is on the 2nd floor. Water view photos in listing are inaccurate. From main balcony & main bedroom is beach view blocked by palm trees. Other 2 bedrooms only get a view of the neighboring building. Main balcony is right above pool cabana, so u hear music for about 15 hrs a day. Furniture, carpet, curtains look over 30 yrs old & well-used. Holes in the walls & ceiling. Tuesday, I spoke w/ front desk (FD). Wednesday, I got a message thru Vrbo asking about our stay. I voiced my concerns & was told they’d look into it. They asked if I spoke with the FD. I confirmed that I had. Thursday, they asked what to do to make it right. Our stay was almost over, so changing rooms was moot. I asked for a refund for a portion. I was told to speak w/ FD. FD said to come back in the morning to see mgr. Next morning (Friday) they offered to refund the resort fees. I wasn't happy, so they offered more. Total refund about 9%. I was completely over it & accepted. Not a great experience.
