'Wonderful property for a family vacation. The condo style hotel room was great and we appreciated the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The room was as advertised, the kitchen was fully equipped, the beds comfortable and the hotel staff pleasant. Great location as you’re a short walk from everything. Will stay again!'

'The bed was comfortable but on the small side. Internet access was great. The staff are fabulous! This is a great place to stay as it’s close to the parliament buildings, the canal, and Byward market. '

Extremely slow WiFi which is in usable for work. You can buy a faster connection for $10 per day which is not of this time.
Shower although it looks fantastic is bad. No water pressure, had to wait at least 10 minutes for the shower to get warm. Did give the reception a notification with no result.

'The staff actually accommodated us for an early check in, which was totally unexpected. Close to many restaurants and walking distance to most of the Tourist Attractions. Nice added touch of having afternoon snacks of cookies. Very friendly front end staff.'

'We had a wonderful weekend at the Lord Elgin. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Only complaint would be that the outlets on the night tables, did not have the amps required to charge our phones.
Otherwise lovely stay, and best part was the efficiency of the valets. They were amazing.'

"Keurig appartement, erg comfortabel, zeer goede kwaliteit voor je geld. De algemene voorzieningen zijn top, de stijl is fijn gekozen. Het personeel is aardig. De afwerking van de inrichting is redelijk goed, hier en daar zou het nog wat netter kunnen. De airco was een beetje raar; in gebruik maakte hij vrij veel herrie, maar zelfs als je 'm uitzette sloeg hij nog wel eens aan, wat onhandig is. "
