'Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton name. Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently. The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....

'The rooms were clean and the staff was great. The complementary breakfast was good. The service at the restaurant was OK. The male individual who brought our drinks was not nice, but the waitress was very nice. I did not use the casino, but it was clean. The barber was phenomenal. He did a great job cutting my husband‘s and son‘s hair.'
