Nice enough hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was average and what I was expecting. Noisy plumbing! Good balcony though and use of leisure facilities very welcome.

Great hotel. Only issue was with room cleaning staff. There was no bath & shower gel on first day and our room did not get cleaned on second day. I was in the room from 1:45 pm to 4:45 pm and had the do not disturb sign on door however there was plenty of time before as I left the hotel at 9 am. There was bath and shower gel on third day. Had room 319 which was noisy as the hallway splits outside and groups of people which have rooms in different directions tend to stand outside the door and talk before splitting up and going their separate ways.

Very nice staff.
Staff were the best. You could not get nicer. Beautiful designer bathroom but had no plug for bath or sink /no cups to fill with water, to rince your mouth with after you washed your teeth. Remote for the TV /battery was loose so it was difficult to change stations. A little TLC in order. Over all with the staff so nice we had a very nice was stay. Thank you

Alarm went off twice during night. No hot water in the morning, shower tray overflowed. Not a good experience, a shame as this hotel was well regarded a number of years ago, when I stayed regularly. Will not be back again anytime soon.

Very clean modern hotel, our bed was very comfortable! Some renovation works are ongoing (which is good to see) but that did not impact our stay in any way. We would happily recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay somewhere in Naas.
