'First time to Mussoorie and found hotel based on Expedia recommendations. It is away from the busyness of the town, yet the hotel offers shuttle service to the mall.
The team of staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Mr. Sunil Kumar, the owner, lives at the property and he and his wife Laxmi are gracious hosts. The Hotel SunGrace helped me with tour options, travel options and were fun to spend time with. A great experience and I hope to return someday.'

'Naast onze kamer een kind dat een uur lang drenst...huilt..en de volgende avond tgnovr onze kamer om 23.00 uur een kind dat onophoudelijk jengelt. Gestamp door de gangen, schreeuwende kids laat op de avond. We hebben in beide gevallen op de deur geklopt en gezegd dat het nu genoeg was. Van opvoeden hebben indiers nog nooit gehoord.... Het hotel was verder heerlijk.'

'The location is fantastic. We had a room with balcony with a view of the forest. The reception area has plenty of space to hangout and a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The restaurant also has a beautiful view. The menu is ok. Breakfast buffet was good enough.
Overall the interior design of the property is tastefully done. subdued colours, good architectural design. Quiet location. Helpful staff. '

'The Hotel was with Excellent View and about 800Mtrs off Mall road. The property need some routine maintenance and up keep. Also, the Morning B'fast was very poor. Rooms were reasonably clean with Linen moderate. Bathroom cleaning need improvement.'

The bed was a tad uncomfortable since I had booked the room for me, my wife and a 7 year old child but no extra bed was provided. The hotel parking was a disaster since they had place for only 3 cars and that too small cars. No place for a C-sedan or a MUV/SUV'
