'At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them .
Hopefully hotel app or by cocotel just only put what’s really included in your site don’t scam people again para...

'The room we had was excellent. The only thing is the presence of monkeys was not disclosed on the booking site and i am scared of animals. So all the time i was thinking of themonkeys would come out in our Casitas veranda or on our way in and out. Otherwise our stay was very good and food are tasty.'

'Perfect location! Literally 2-3 minutes from the two largest mall in the area. Staff is amazing, they are very attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. That certainly made a difference. The hotel has the basic things that you need and is actually cute and cozy. Great AC, hot water, and a restaurant on site.

'Great vibe. Beds could be improved. Owner was a nice guy made you feel at home. Food was great.
Beaches were covered in trash everymorning , staff cleaned them everymorning .
Such a beautiful place , its a shame people have to throw their trash in the rivers.

'We came at this hotel and instantly it felt good, very friendly and helpfull staff very clean everywhere. The pool was small but also clean, the room same high quality and clean with shower comfort from grohe just like home👍.you really could see that the staff do all efforts to give there guest a warm welcome in a cleaned room..you get alot of value for youre money. we certainly come back here at the next time'

'This property is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. Clean, comfortable and a great view. The pool was chilly and the hot tub was luke warm which is the way the Filipinos like it. The food in the cafe was delicious. I especially recommend the tomato soup.

'Honestly it's a good place to stay. It's right on the beach. The only negative thing that I would have to say is that there was no wifi in my room for some reason but it worked in other places. That's the only thing that needs fixing. Other than that I had a great time.'
