'Very nice hotel centrally located. Really like the pajamas. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Service was excellent.'

'Great location that is adjacent to Nagoya station as well as shopping and restaurants. If I may give one suggestion, I wish there was a coin laundry room in the hotel. The weather has been so hot and needed to change clothes twice a day. The laundry service is a bit pricey and I would rather do my own laundry instead of using the laundry service. Please consider. '
