'The rules of what is or isn’t allowed is not clear when booking this condo on Expedia. Apparently, you aren’t allowed to have visitors but residents can. It’s pricey for the size of the condo. It’s less money by going to the Otium website and booking there instead. The place was clean and smelled good but I did find one roach in the hallway bathroom. But none after that. The code that was given to us to check in at the gate did not work. The security guard let us in because I was able to prove...

'Se explotó la llave de la bañera y se inundó el piso de agua tuve que limpiar el agua casi todo un día porque mantenimiento no llegaba. Los guardias de seguridad no podían hacer nada y la persona encargada del edificio nunca apareció lo cual gasté un día de mis vacaciones. Luego cerraron la pluma del agua y me dejaron sin agua en todo el apartamento a horas de irme ni me pude bañar. Muy inconvenient.'

'Definitely worth every penny. This gem is across from one of the best public beaches on the island. Cheap daily umbrella and chair rentals although you didn’t need to rent them because the unit comes with chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. Food trucks on the beach and 2 restaurants located on the corner. Pool wasn’t spectacular but the place was safe and secure. Very walkable with lots of restaurant and souvenir shop options.would definitely stay again'

'I liked that the place was convenient to freeways. It was quaint and clean. Visible repairs needed to the walls and ceilings. There were no face cloths and they said they don't provide them. The parking was TERRIBLE. You take a ticket to get in the gate and have to go inside the hospital nearby to pay. Parking was $25 per night. There is a structure nearby that is $6.65 per night but it's a walk and if you have luggage or groceries or elderly/disabled person like I did on this trip, it's not...

'Great Stay at Brisa del Mar We had a wonderful stay at Brisa del Mar. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. It was very convenient. If you’re looking for a great place to stay close to everything, I highly recommend Brisa del Mar. We would definitely stay here again!'
