'This guest house is very well located. Our experience was not good. To begin with, we were given a room different to what we had booked, and which had a lot of mosquitoes. When we tried to reach the management, they had closed the office (it was Sunday so not strange). We reached out to the manager via email, and the response was that we could not be given the room we had booked because it had an issue with it, however, we were not notified of this even when they had enough time for this. 'The property was extremely clean. My only disappointment is that I booked a room based on the photo that showed a private balcony. When we checked in, we were put on the first floor and were told a room with the balcony was not available. Other than that, the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. And again, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property.'
