'No hot water in their so called Spa villa and electricity shortcuts. Very loud and old AC. Bad food in the restaurant. Housekeeping came at 6pm. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Big construction around the hotel. Hotel manager was very apologizing and admitted their mistake in putting us in a villa that was not supposed to be rented. We've agreed on a partial refund that never got approved after we've checked out. Hotels.com were no help in solving this issue! '

'The staff were polite. This is a hotel for only one night if nothing is available. I am a Canadian with a Filipina girlfriend which they do not tailor to. We only get shuttle to a Korean mall which is 5 minutes away. If you are a Korean you will get special treatment. Hotel is deserted. This hotel is so far from everything I would give this a minus 5 stars. No support finding tours. You need to be very persistent than help you. They o er charge for the tour. 'I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. 'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...
