'This self-acclaimed hotel closed a year ago in a totally run-down state. Some four months ago it was bought by a new (US citizen) owner who is trying to rebuild the place. Currently there is one room that looks quite okay, however there is no reception, no personnel apart from a local housekeeper.
The problem starts with the entrance. When we arrived on December 14 around noon, the gate was closed, while there is no name sign nor anything else that indicates the existence of a hotel. It looks...

'We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, the house was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well, which made a big difference for our family.The only downsides were that there was no hot water during our stay, which wasn’t listed in the property description, and there were a lot of mosquitoes around the property.'
