Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum av Guangzhou, med mange spisesteder i nærheten, noe som gjorde det enkelt å finne god mat i gåavstand. Personalet var veldig behjelpelige og imøtekommende, selv om ikke alle snakket engelsk – de gjorde sitt beste for å hjelpe oss. En ekstra pluss var sjåføren som kjørte oss til flyplassen tidlig om morgenen – svært serviceinnstilt og pålitelig. Vi anbefaler absolutt å bestille taxi gjennom hotellet dersom du reiser på natten. The hotel staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful, and the daily housekeeping kept the room spotless. Our room was big, spacious, and very comfortable. It was disappointing, however front desk, a young man was v nice and proactive, he got me a room in another hotel, within the same block for one night. But it was inconvenient, i had to move day 2. Anyway, thereafter all was well. I really enjoyed my stay, front desk young...

Only concern was that there was no place to rest / sit during checkin and checkout process. After checking out (with luggages), I had to sit at the steps while waiting to leave for the airport.'
