'The water heater system needs to reset the temperature and need to wait at least half n hour in order for the next person to use. The rest of the facilities is still acceptable.'

'Overall, everything is in order. It is a quiet place and the room is adequately spacious for 2 . The room is clean and the pillows and beds are nice to tuck in each night. Of course we have difficulty adjusting the Aircon switch and tv as we do not read Chinese instructions.But we asked the cleaning lady and she assisted to adjust and explained each step. 'First time in Guangzhou, nice room, clean, desk area could be a bit bigger, only 2 packages of coffee per day (I know I could have asked for more but I felt after seeing I used both every day, they would leave more the next day to see if I would use them and notice I didn't use the tea). Location is good and convenient to metro, dining, etc. Would go back!'

'Air conditioning had no issues, you need to read Chinese to understand how to use. Did not use the laundry machine but it does have a drying function after wash'
