'The elevator is broken. We have an elderly person, so hard for him to climb up on the third floor. I booked three rooms for the family trip. One of the rooms the cable not working. Also all the electrical outlets were unplugged. We have to called the front lady to check it out. She is very friendly and nice. But still can’t fix the cable in the bedroom. Compared my last time we stayed. Now seems to be not good enough.'

'The place was exactly as shown in the photos. The suite doesn’t have an ocean view but it’s very quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the walk to the beach. The outdoor hot tub and indoor pool were great. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy.'

'We had a very cozy stay at the Quiet & Cozy Room! We arrived late for check-in, but our host, Renée, was there to greet us and show us around. The room was delightful. If we weren't on such a tight travel schedule we definitely would have stayed longer.'
