## Logement
Located on the second floor with elevator, the apartment is well-appointed and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a BALCONY and comprises a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed and TV, a fully-equipped kitchen and a clean shower room. During your stay, you'll enjoy the following facilities: parking, hairdryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, iron. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. A professional cleaning service is provided after each guest. The accommodation is a 6-minute drive from the city center, where you'll find all amenities, bars, restaurants and shops. For your daily shopping, there's a Carrefour City just an 11-minute walk away. During your stay, be sure to visit nearby tourist attractions such as : The Manufacture des Tabacs de Nantes is less than 100 m from the property, the Musée d'Arts de Nantes is 4 min away by car, the Miroir d'Eau is 4 min away, the Mémorial de l'Abolition de l'Esclavage is 7 min away, the Machines de l'Île is 11 min away, the Château des Ducs de Bretagne is 6 min away, the Muséum d'Histoire Naturelle is 10 min away by car, and much more... ## Emplacement
Nestled at the confluence of the Loire and Erdre rivers, Nantes is a surprising city in the Loire-Atlantique department, elegantly oscillating between past and present.In the heart of the old town stands the 15th-century Château des Ducs de Bretagne, which has earned Nantes its nickname “City of the Dukes”. It is an ancient fortress, as evidenced by the moat and towers with Breton machicolations. Among the castle's must-see attractions are the Tour de la Couronne d'Or (Golden Crown Tower), the wrought-iron well featuring the duke's crown, and the grand loggia designed by François II and embellished with Gothic dormer windows. The château is also home to the Musée d'Histoire de Nantes, a museum of Nantes history that offers an unusual insight into the city. You'll follow an itinerary divided into seven sequences, from François I to the present day, including industrial Nantes and its current revival. Nantes boasts many green spaces, such as the Japanese garden and its waterfalls, located on the Ile de Versailles. The Jardin des Plantes, with its rich collection of cacti and flora from Brittany, North America, Asia and Africa, is another pleasant place to relax and unwind.
