The flat is situated directly above a bar. The bar is open:
Sunday to Tuesday: from 5.00 pm to midnight;
Wednesday to Saturday: from 5.00 pm to 2.00 am.

Due to this location, noise may be heard, particularly in the evenings, until the bar closes, as well as when customers are leaving.

Our accommodation enjoys a prime location right in the heart of Nantes, on Rue Maréchal Joffre, just a short walk from numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and the city’s main attractions. It’s the ideal base from which to explore Nantes on foot and soak up its atmosphere.
