Cocoonr agency offers this charming 70 m² apartment for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely bright living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. The flat offers you all the comfort you need to discover our town, as part of a business or tourist stay.

The dwelling consists of :
- A comfortable living room with a sofa bed (140x200), a coffee table, TV, Wifi
- A kitchen equipped with: microwave oven, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) Composed of one bed frame and two mattresses.
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following complementary equipment: washing machine, table and iron.

Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

Neighbourhood :
You can enjoy close to all the essential shops, but also shops, restaurants, bars, market... Guests can easily reach the famous Graslin Square, the Katorza Cinema which offers arthouse films and the Natural History Museum. The chocolate factory Vincent Guerlais is a few minutes walk and will undoubtedly delight your taste.

Transports:
- By car : you can park in the paying car parks nearby, Graslin car park.
- Nearest train station : Gare Nord about 15 minutes by tram
- Nearest airport: 20 minutes by car, 40 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle and reach the airport in about 20 minutes

Please note that if your stay exceeds 30 nights, a lease will be required with the conditions below.
- Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading can be done at the entrance and exit.
- An inventory can also be made at the entrance and exit.
- In order to comply with the legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
- To do this, we will need some additional elements (identity card, insurance, proof)
- Unfortunately, without a formal contract, we will not be able to provide you with access to housing.

The Copernic is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a person from our team who will present you this apartment, its operation and give you the keys. To start your stay, we offer a few Nespresso coffee pods and a few tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
