It's an absolutely beautiful property right on the water with so much charm, and the location is perfect. You can walk or ride their bikes to pretty much everything. 'Wonderful boutique inn in a fantastic location downtown. Staff were were terrific. We arrived early and they invited us to hold our luggage and enjoy breakfast. It was nice having breakfast included: coffee, tea, juice, croissants and muffins, fresh fruit, hard boiled egg and yogurt and overnight oats with fruit. 'Excllent option'

'We LOVE 21 Broad. We make it a point to stay here whenever we come to Nantucket. It’s so charming. The staff are all friendly and helpful every single time. The morning coffee and continental breakfast is great - there are a lot of options from yogurts, to gf doughnuts, to eggs with a savory salt. Yum! The back patio is quiet and cozy. You can’t beat the location. There is a bonus front porch with chairs for people watching or just resting your legs after a day of shopping at all the great shops...
