'We loved staying here! The room was perfect and it’s located right by the pool! The pictures are very accurate. We rented a car so it made coming and going easy. Others reviewed that they didn’t like it being outside of town, but when we visited the town we were thrilled with our location at Casa de MoalBoal. The town is very cramped and dirty, so it was lovely coming home to a fresh, clean, and relaxing atmosphere.

'This accommodation is located around 15-20 min walk from the "hart" of Moalboal including the closest beach. It is an easy walk, or if more preferred, a motorbike or a tuk-tuk ride. The place was kept clean and tidy and the communication with the staff was very easy. They were very helpful with all the questions I had and one of the receptionists has greatly helped me on my last morning when I was heavily mistreated by some of the scam "taxi services". The place hires local people as their staff...

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is kept very clean, the rooms are fairly spacious, they serve a variety of tasty breakfast options, and there is a nice pool area. While the hotel might need some updating, it has good AC in the rooms, dependable electricity and good outlets, reliable hot and cold water and comfortable beds.

'They supply earplugs. This is good for light sleepers. There is a yard with at least 20 roosters close to the back of the property. They start long before sunrise and go into the night. There are also 3 different locals nearby doing very loud karaoke and you can hear them all at the same time. Filipinos LOVE their karaoke. Otherwise, everything about this place is perfect. We absolutely loved our stay here. '
