I call the hotel directly and they helped me switch my date and were kind enough to upgrade my room. Also, I mentioned we were celebrating my birthday and there was a kind note with a little gift in our room. There were also fresh baked cookies in our room plus a dog bed, water/food bowl and treats for our dog.
