'Wow! Those were the first words out of our mouths when we arrived. Judy and her family had done such a wonderful job thinking of everything (from leaving notes and directions and a thoughtful cottage care package). The location is awesome. Nice and quiet and close to the small towns of Picton and Bath, but close enough to Napanee and Kingston. Being right on the water is amazing. Will definitely think about maybe bringing a boat next time to explore more. The cottage is cozy and lots of sleeping...

'Property is really close to the pavilion and pool as well as park. It’s a nice layout and private as it in the last cottage and to the left is a grassy area. This was our second time staying here and it was very nice. '

'Nice clean updated property with Hot Tub, Pool Table and Table Tennis. Dock is great for launching kayaks and SUPs. Large deck to watch the water and sunset from. Large outside fire pit, and good size lawn area. Hosts are quick to reply to any questions. '

'Check in was quick and easy. The cottage was bright clean. Only issue was bbq was our of propane but hosts were quick to respond and replace the tank. Wifi and tvs worked great. Swimming access was a short walk away. It is a rustic access as described by host and others; thankful we brought watershoes to wear. Kitchen was stocked with tons of utensils and cutlery. '

'We had a great stay at this cottage! It somehow manages to feel both spacious and cozy at the same time. There are plenty of sleeping areas and two full bathrooms, but it still maintains a warm, cottage feel.What stood out the most to me was the location. The lake is large and peaceful, and the surrounding area is incredibly quiet. I loved riding my bike along the mix of country and gravel roads—no traffic to worry about. I even hopped on the nearby rail trail system and biked down to Kingston...

'Our family greatly enjoyed our week staying in Watercombe. The waterfront is stunning and we frequently took out the kayaks to explore the bay. All amenities worked very well for us. One note for anyone staying longer (we stayed for a full week) would be that trash and recycling have to be driven out to the main road on collection day and there is not an outdoor bin to store a trash should you generate more than one bag.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. It was well located, not too far from the pool and playground which was key for us with 2 little kids. Vanessa was very nice and responded to our questions efficiently.'
