This beautiful vacation home is located in quiet Naples Community Calumet-Lely, just 8.5 miles to Naples Beach and Naples Beach Pier.

Beautiful and Cozy 2-floor house with heated pool and with fantastic Golf view. Enjoy your private heated pool with spacious waterfall under screened-in lanai and grill at your BBQ. The patio is toward to south, enjoy your pool area evenings and watch the lovely Sunsets !

The house has 1 master king size bedroom with TV and with en-suite bathroom,
1 guest bedroom upstairs with TV and with king size bed and en-suite bathroom ,
1 guest room with queen size bed, the bathroom is right next to this room. Additionally one Den with Sofa.
Cute living room with big smart TV with couch and love seat and a separate dining room, and a big garage for your car.
Full equipped kitchen with coffee machine and much more. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine and of course the matching dryer. There is also an ironing board with steam iron, vacuum cleaner and much more. Linens, towels and hand soap provided.
The home is fully equipped to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay for couples or families. It has plenty of room for lounging and dining, indoors or out. (See list of amenities below.)
Come and watch beautiful sunsets from the best beaches in Florida. Watch the flying fish, sea turtles or even a manatee and with a little luck a couple of dolphins may come by. Everything is available for your visit to one of the great beaches like towels, beach chairs, etc.
Beaches are with water sports and activities such as kayaking/canoeing, boating, shelling, fishing, jet skiing, and sunset cruises.
If you prefer shopping or go out dinning ? The Downtown Naples 5th Avenue is just 15 minutes away or Naples Coasland Shoppig Mall 15 minutes away. The Mercato market 25 minutes, the Miromar Outlets 30 minutes.
Golf courses and parks are only minutes away in every direction. Miniature golf is 10 minutes away, Publix grocery and CVS pharmacy are 6 minutes away.
