'Perfect home base location for our needs this trip. Nice to have a pool to take a dip in and/or sit by vs. heading to the beach for the day. Although we did go to Bonita Beach, Lovers Park and Little Hickory beach and found parking easily. Close to Naples, Marco Island, Everglades and the airport. Ample restaurants to chose from as well close by. Would highly recommend. We stayed for a week. '

'I have stayed on the property before and I love to fish in the area, it's perfect spot beautiful tree covered dock on the Imperial River great spot for getting out of the hot summer sun with Snook,Redfish, Sea trout and small Mangrove snappers. 'Place is fine for a single. Might be tight for 2 people. My only issue, and its a small one, is there needs to be a more comfortable chair for TV watching. There is a small table with 2 chairs and a wicker chair but neither were conducive to watching TV. Other then that, place worked for me.'

'I have owned VRBO's and know that things can happen...but this stay was well beyond anything reasonable. I also grew up in this town and am well aware of mold, weather elements and yet there seemed to be total disregard for general rental worthiness! No internet for 2 days, although the manager insisted it was working. Finally a friend/associate came to resolve the evening of the 2nd night. Suggested to manager that she needed a dresser or, at minimum, luggage racks in the bedrooms...she...

'The Studio is a gem! Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cruiser bikes are all very appreciated. As is the stocked kitchen, cold AC, washing machine and dryer. Perfect for a couple. It’s a great value at a fraction of the cost of hotels on the beach. Highly recommend. '
