The accomodation is brand new, and you will experience that. It is very clean and looks great! The breakfast is served everyday on an hour you choose (via Whatsapp) by a kind lady who does not speak English. We stayed for a week, and the breakfast was the same everyday. When we asked for a different breakfast, we got a small change, which was great service. The Wi-Fi in our room did not work, but according to the owners that was due to maintainance work in the street below. Overall it was a great experience!

The hotel overbooks and doesn't care. We arrived at the reception and were told that the hotel was full, despite our reservation. The staff refused to help us and the owner was very rude. Basically, they told us to fend for ourselves and go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im casa pacifico. Herzlichen Dank Daniele für den freundlichen Empfang und die vielen wertvollen Tips. El alojamiento no esta mal, pero para los que estamos acostumbrados a los servicios de un hotel, deja mucho que desear. Nunca hay nadie en la recepción, no tienen consigna, tienes que dejar las maletas detrás de un mostrador y rezar para que cuando vuelvas estén. Si tienes algún problema tienes que llamarles por teléfono y esperar a que vengan, con lo cual pierdes tiempo de tus vacaciones, un desastre

The entire building is covered in scaffolding as they are renovating an old building. The hotel is on the 4th floor and they should have signage to help find it. Even our taxi driver had issues figuring it out. We had to take an exterior service elevator to get to the 4th floor... it was tiny with bi-fold and a funny experience. The entry to the building is not nice and there are cars parked inside the entryway and it is kind of dirty. However, once you get to the hotel level, everything is brand new and very nice and modern. We had a small balcony overlooking an old cathedral and the shower was very nice with a full vertical sprayer and rainbow lights. Funny! I loved the full length mirror in the room and the small bistro table. There is a fully stocked mini fridge with low priced items for convenience. The staff was very kind and attentive. We had an early flight so they brought us some breakfast items the night before so we did not miss out. The area around the hotel is not great, but we walked to find restaurants and shopping...and gelato! I'm sure once the exterior construction is complete it will be even better.

The room and location were good. Check in was awful. Waited over an hour for arranged pre-paid pick-up at airport. Finally took cab. No one at location. No instructions how to get in. After 2 guys showed up who did not seem to know what to do,spoke little english(but really nice and very funny) ,there never was anyone at the desk.

The rooms were clean and updated but the coffee maker and air conditioning had issues working. The owner/operators were never around, you have to text through What’s app to ask questions etc. There was no help getting luggage to room, no one to greet you at the front of building and customer service was terrible. The owner also threatened to call the police because I refused to send my passport information through what’s app. He was too busy to come to the hotel to do a proper registration. It was a horrible experience. I asked for a taxi when I checked out and the owner gave me the taxi number to call myself. Luckily I knew a little Italian! I will never stay there again.

Modern & clean B and B
Casa Pacifico is a stylish and very comfortable B and B located just outside of the historic center of Naples. There are numerous good restaurants just a short walk away. Our room was large, the shower fantastic, and the staff extremely helpful. It would have been nice to have a breakfast area with a full selection of items, but it is, after all, a small B and B, and not a hotel.

Naples Neighborhood Stay
Spacious room with nice windows and two small balconies. The building’s small elevator was nice to have. They were very responsive and helpful. Our only suggestions would be some more comfortable seating and some minor toiletries as well. The room was beautiful with nice views and a very spacious bathroom and shower. The location is very convenient for walking to the museums, historical district, and the train station. There are also several restaurant options close by where we ate and enjoyed very much. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Casa Pacifico hat eine tolle, zentrale Lage. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Altstadt von Neapel. Das Hotel ist sehr modern ausgestattet, Zimmer und Bad waren schön groß. Das Hotel war auch sehr sauber, Personal extrem nett und freundlich. Morgens gab es immer Frühstück ans Zimmer (lecker Croissants mit Kaffee, Joghurt usw.). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig aber es ist nun mal nicht leise in einer großen Stadt :) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

The room and the service were really nice. Also the location is near to the historical center and the train station. We only used public transport and could basically go anywhere we wanted to go. We could reach the hotel administrators at any time and the helped us organizing our trips. I would recommend it.

Fantastic location, great decoration, great staff. Great value for money. Bathroom was superb comfy memory foam beds. Balcony overlooks a 14 century church. Breakfast delivered to your room. Everything is within walking distance. 10mins from train station.

Es un lugar muy íntimo, con magia propia, la experiencia que se vive es con el verdadero Napoli, un lugar muy amable, que se hablan cosas de manera ignorante, es importante no hacer caso a los malos comentarios, la gente es amable, el hotel tuvo en particular una atención excelente por parte de Daniel, quién está pendiente de las llegadas, de las necesidades, la mujer que está temprano para apoyo en cocina y habitación es buena persona, aunque algo mal humorada.

Hard to find
We had a tough time finding this hotel as there was no sign and the location on google maps wasn't quite accurate. I had to ask a resident to borrow their phone to call, and finally found the right address and name tag on the intercom. Please just add a sign somewhere outside the building. Once we got inside, the room was beautiful, clean, and had a great view of the church next door. We had complimentary breakfast delivered the next morning. I did not like the area this is located in; it may have been the construction going on outside, but it was not pleasant to stroll around nor did it have any decent restaurants within walking distance.

Dear customer, thank you for your suggestions. They are very important to us in order to improve our structure and make our guests' stay more enjoyable. We placed a plaque with the name of the B&B on the building, to make it more visible. Unfortunately the works for the reconstruction of the road make access a little more difficult but it will soon be finished. Ouvert récemment, le bed & breakfast Casa Pacifico propose des chambres design, confortables, bien insonorisées avec une literie haut de gamme. La chambre 4 personnes ne manque d'aucun équipement : TV grand écran, mini frigo et bar, nombreux rangements, sèche-cheveux et sèche-serviettes dans la salle de bain. Très bons accueil et communication. Il est situé au cœur du centre historique, à 15 minutes à pied de la gare centrale Garibaldi, à proximité de bons restaurants. Mention spéciale à l'Insolito où nous sonmes allés mangé trois soirs de suite ! Le petit déjeuner manque toutefois d'originalité et de produits frais pour un établissement de ce standing.

Die Zimmer sind sehr stylisch eingerichtet und noch sehr neu. Das Fruehstueck wurde aufs Zimmer serviert. Es gab italienische Croissants mit Marmelade und Joghurt. Fuer uns voellig ausreichend, aber vielleicht zu wenig jemanden, der gerne reichhaltig fruehstueckt. Die Rezeption ist nur besetzt, wenn Gaeste erwartet werden. Das Hotel befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Altbaus. Das grosse Tor ist in der Regel verschlossen. Ein Hinweisschild, dass sich dort ein Hotel befindet, waere nicht schlecht. Bis ca. 23 Uhr hoert man den Verkehr. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
