Foxfire Golf & Tennis Country Club Minuten van de beste stranden (zwembad) -

Dit is een rookvrij, huisdiervrij huis met 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers met een privézwembad, perfect voor een uitje. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer, dus het is alsof je 3 suites hebt, perfect voor bezoekers of een groter gezin. Dit huis is zeer open met de familie kamer, woonkamer, eetkamer en slaapkamer allemaal open naar het zwembad. Het heeft een volledig gerenoveerde gastronomische keuken, nieuwe Italiaanse tegelvloeren, de hele binnenkant is onlangs geschilderd, overal nieuw tapijt, nieuwe hardhouten vloeren, nieuw dak, nieuwe gasgrill en nog veel meer. (2014) Op alle ramen staan prachtige plantation shutters.

Dit huis is in een exclusieve gated community. Foxfire Golf Course is een 27-holes Arthur Hill ontworpen kampioenschapsbaan met Tif-Eagle grasgroen. Het nieuwe clubhuis beschikt over een volledig restaurant, grillruimte, oefenruimte, kaartkamer, bibliotheek, verwarmde zwembaden, jacuzzi en 3 verlichte Hard-Tru tennisbanen. Foxfire Golf & Country Club is een gecertificeerde Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.

Deze gated community biedt maandelijkse huurders een golflidmaatschap waarmee ze kunnen deelnemen aan alle activiteiten van een privéclub. Foxfire heeft een van de laagste greenfees in de omgeving van Napels. De baan kan ook in de late namiddag worden bewandeld. Golf en tennis league spelen is ook beschikbaar.

Foxfire is drie mijl naar het centrum van Napels, met geweldige restaurants, 5th Avenue winkels, galeries, boetieks, nachtleven en de prachtige zonovergoten stranden aan de golfkust. Geniet van Marco Island, Sanibel en Captiva en de Everglades die op minder dan een uur rijden liggen.

Nice Retreat.

My wife and I enjoyed this property very much. The place was very clean and had everything one needed. The pool and hot tub were a pure joy and perfectly heated. The owner is very responsive and very willing to help if needed. This would be a great longer term rental. We will be back.

Florida Getaway

We rented Foxtrot CRT for a Pickleball clinic nearby and some r&r. The location was perfect for us and the backyard oasis was lovely. The spa heated up great and really felt good on tired muscles. Would definitely rent again, plenty of room for 2 couples. Only 15 minutes from the beaches and all that Naples has to offer downtown. Owner was easy to communicate with and receptive

Absolutely wonderful!

This property was located in a gated, golf community, Beautiful manicured lawns, friendly people and just beautiful surroundings all together. The home was stunning, stately clean & nicely decorated. The pool and Jacuzzi were absolutely outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about it. It was a wonderful time in Naples, our first time visiting the area of Florida.

Great get away trip

Check-in was super easy. The neighborhood was nicely maintained and beautiful. The inside of the house was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. We mostly spent our time in the family room. The kitchen was amazing! I loved the fact that the home had a private spa tub and pool. We enjoyed using the spa tub; didn’t get to use the pool due to many small bugs floating in it. The host has a pool cleaner that came, but the pool still had bugs after the cleaning. The host was easy to reach and helpful when we had questions. Overall, this was a great experience and we will be back to visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! It’s a short drive from most things you want to visit in Naples. The pool area is a lot of fun especially at night with the blue lights on. Publix is across the street from the subdivision and almost everything else is whithin a 10-15 minute drive. Everything you could need to have fun at the pool or the beach is provided. We loved it and would recommend it to anybody wanting to have a great time

This home is spectacular. My wife & I spent a week here and was not disappointed . In fact we were 100 percent satisfied. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Private pool area and a very nice and quite neighborhood.. Pool and spa was amazing ! Host Kellie was awesome and was very responsive. It was everything we needed and more for a stress free week. We can’t wait to return again. Wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Great Time...Great Location

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely house located in FoxFire CC. Kellie the owner was very easy to communicate with and was helpful with suggestions for the local area. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after playing golf or just enjoying a beverage after dinner. Many choices in the area for golf, restaurants etc. A grocery and liquor store are only two minutes away. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely return.
