Park Shore Resort Has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool, Hot tub, covered picnic area, BBQ grills, Basketball, Tennis & Pickleball courts & Exercise room. Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples`s Famous Beaches, a peaceful and centrally-located place.

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool & hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location is West of 41 (Tamiami Trail) it`s within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

The location and grounds were fine. I thought there should have been nicer pans and a decent knife in the kitchen. King bed was very good. Twin beds were too soft. I was disappointed in the closet and shower doors that were difficult to open and close. Good pillow choices. The info in the book needs updating (some restaurants closed) and info on beach parking would be helpful.Grounds and pool are great.The place has no entry rugs at all. Needs that and a living room. Beach chairs would be nice.

Lovely oasis surrounded by a dated resort!

We were apprehensive about staying here when we arrived- outdated buildings and complex with lots of renovations going on. At the end of the week, we really enjoyed it! The location, pool and on-site pickleball at highlights for us! Hogfish Harry’s was icing on the cake! A surprisingly wonderful restaurant that we enjoyed multiple times for lunch and dinner! The units are owned by different owners, so I can only reflect on ours. Josh was wonderfully responsive. It was great having a washer/dryer in our unit. Not all do. They are very basic, very small, and you may use one or the other-not both at once. Needs updating for sure, paint peeling off of the wall. Despite everything, we really enjoyed our stay!
